St. Thomas Yorkville is an intimate Spanish inspired restaurant and wine bar by Michelin Star Chef Quinton Bennett. Located in the heart of Toronto’s historic Yorkville neighborhood, nestled on picturesque St. Thomas Street, Chef Bennett's philosophy of pure flavors and nature's artistry are reflected through the design and the menu. We collaborated with TED Design International to create a central statement piece that tied into Chef Bennett's concept of earth, sea and land. The custom design is built with abstract-shaped aluminum elements in colors that include light bronze, green and gold. The reflective finishes allow for incredible sparkle from the LEDs suspended throughout. The space is a beautiful representation of Chef Bennett's approach to hospitality.
