Sixth & Jackson Apartments, by Shea Properties, is a luxury apartment community located in the heart of historic Japantown in San Jose, California. Taking inspiration from the vibrant and authentic neighborhood, our "Dowel" art installation features core Japanese design elements. The simplistic grid is built from natural wood, in a neutral color palette, forming clean lines within the configuration. The over-scale statement piece was designed in collaboration with our longtime collaborative partner, CDC Designs.
