3500 Lacey, owned by KORE Investments, is a waterfront property located in the Chicago suburbs that underwent a landlord capital improvement project by OKW Architects and Skender Construction. The building's main lobby, with 68' ceilings, features our "Arboreal" light fixture in a mix of reflective silver and oiled brass aluminum elements. The large-scale sculpture allowed for this suburban office to evolve and rival its downtown counterparts.
