Hyatt Centric Las Olas Boat Hull wins Muse Design Silver Award

We are pleased to announce that Yellow Goat Design and Simone Deary Design Group have won a 2021 Muse Design Silver Award in the lighting design category for the Hyatt Centric Las Olas Boat Hull design.

The Muse Awards celebrate design that "shifts paradigms":

"Fundamentally, the MUSE Design Awards is an international competition for designers whose craftsmanship shift paradigms. Their ingenuity and thorough works leave others in awe, and in so doing redefine boundaries and scope – much like a muse."

When building the Boat Hull with Simeone Deary Design Group we sought to take a literal idea, a boat hull plowing through the water, and turn it into an abstract and astounding concept. This was inspired by the boating culture of Fort Lauderdale and reflected (no pun intended) in the decor through the hospitality space.
