Project Details SUMMIT, located in the iconic NYC One Vanderbilt building on the 72nd floor, is an unparalleled observation deck and event space. Glass walls offer 360-degree views of the city and cutting-edge digital technologies create artistic 3-D experiences. Another attraction is Ascent, the world’s largest outdoor glass elevator (don’t look down!). However, the highlight has to be our “Skimmer Screen” that shimmers against mirrored panels and reflects all the natural daylight.
