The Mizner Grand Condos are located on the grounds of the exclusive Boca Raton Resort and Club in South Florida. This ultra-luxury residence, designed by SCB in Chicago, has primetime views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Boca Raton with no amenity spared. Mizner Grand residents also have access to the resort amenities featuring two 18-hole golf courses, 30 tennis courts, a full-service spa and yachting services. The gated community recently renovated their interior public spaces to ensure guests are greeted with luxury finishes, furniture and lighting.
Our team collaborated with SCB to create multiple statement-worthy lighting installations to wow residents. The first chandelier is a cluster of curved, organic elements built from frosted panels that speak to the surrounding ocean waves. The sparkle from the LEDs reflect the stunning South Florida sunsets #goldenhour. In the lobby, oversized cascading ring pendants suspend over a cozy seating area. Lit internally by LED strip, the outer rings are finished in a rich bronze tone to compliment the wood herringbone backdrop. A true waterfront jewel box for residents to enjoy.
