Project Details 415 Colorado is the latest in skyline living located in Austin, TX. Developed by Stonelake Capital Partners and designed by Ziegler Cooper, the exquisite high-rise residence has everything needed for a luxury lifestyle. A golf simulator, dog grooming station, co-working space, and on-site Swedish Hill bakery are a few of the upscale amenities waiting for residents. 415 Colorado is the latest in skyline living located in Austin, TX. Developed by Stonelake Capital Partners and designed by Ziegler Cooper, the exquisite high-rise residence has everything needed for a luxury lifestyle. A golf simulator, dog grooming station, co-working space, and on-site Swedish Hill bakery are a few of the upscale amenities waiting for residents.
On the 18th floor in the Sky Lounge, our custom (and very cool) pendant suspends over the bar area. Lit glass globes protrude from a ø6′-0″ carbon steel sphere finished in a silver powder coat, adding a modern and artistic vibe to the space. Down in the lobby, we created multiple linear sculptures – built from metal tubes – that intertwine for maximum visual impact. The powder coat tubes, mostly lit, add ambient light that dazzles against surrounding architectural features.
