Chicane Restaurant
Project Details Our custom “H2O” sculptural chandelier suspends prominently in the Chicane steakhouse restaurant, located outside of Detroit in Plymouth, MI. Designed by M Architects (project architect and interior design) and lighting design by SmithGroup, the space features a vibrant color palette and warm wood tones to welcome guests. Measuring over 18′ in length, nearly 175 glass globes in various diameters provide serious illumination. An oval-shaped aluminum central tube houses both the globes and slightly bent tubes to create a design forward moment in the space. H2O explores the idea of an intense chemical reaction, similar to what is happening in the kitchen below. The result? A sharp sense of flair and flavor, just like the menu.
